The founder of UMET and his partners have been working on organosilicate and ecological raw materials for more than 20 years. After constant research and experimentation, they developed a new type of silicone leather that uses baby pacifier material and is coated with liquid silicone on different substrates, without any chemicals or post-treatment. Structure of silicone leather:
The surface layer is coated with 100% organosilicon material, the middle layer is 100% organosilicon adhesive material, the bottom layer is polyester, spandex, pure cotton, microfiber and other kinds of base cloth.

Comparison between silicone leather and traditional leather:
Compared with traditional leather, silicone leather has more advantages in hydrolysis resistance, low VOC, no smell, environmental protection and other properties. In the case of long-term use or placement, PU/PVC and other synthetic leather will make the residual solvent and plasticizer in the leather continue to release, on the liver, kidney, heart and nervous system development have an impact.
